@savekkk It's more so the wake than the speed. Wakeboarding is safest 20-25mph, if you're good feel free to test 30...but for the best wake (if you have technique) you need an inboard engine? with the propeller almost center on the boat. It's best wake displacement. A heavy boat or ballast will help too. You never see professionals use outboard, or inboard/outboard for a reason.
